Fès-Shore, located on the peripheral ring road leading to the international airport of the Idrissid city, is a future integrated park to create new economic potential allowing for sustained growth of the country. As part of the Emergence programme, the Fès-Shore project is led in partnership between the Ministry of Industry, Trade and New Technologies, the Wilaya of the Fès-Boulemane region, the Fès CRI, and MEDZ, a subsidiary of CDG-Développement.
This vocation is guided by the desire to affirm Morocco's place in the knowledge industry sector in accordance with the High Royal orientations, with a view to making the Moroccan economy an emerging economy, integrated into the global economy, based on knowledge, taking advantage of the opportunities offered by globalisation, and capable of attracting very high value-added activities.
The project provides for office and service spaces covering 131,000 m2 and will offer services to the largest multinational companies and specialised Moroccan companies that will set up there.
The future park, which offers a unique working environment in the heart of a rapidly developing tertiary environment, is designed on the model of a business campus offering places to work, live, and relax. The 131,000 m2 of offices and services are punctuated by green spaces, pedestrian esplanades, and wide tree-lined avenues.
An authentic city where quality of life for all is a priority, this technological achievement offers several amenities for the well-being of its clients, notably car parks, buildings with a maximum height of 18 m, modular office surfaces from 200 to 3,000 m2, a sports centre, shops, and leisure facilities.
