Three people died and four others were injured, two of them seriously, in a road accident that occurred on Tuesday in Ain Kansara, about fifteen kilometres from Fès, local authorities reported.
The accident took place when a coach travelling from Fès to Taounate collided with a taxi, killing three people instantly and injuring four others, the same sources specified.
The coach driver reportedly lost control of the vehicle and collided with the taxi, which was coming from Taounate.
The injured were evacuated to the Hassan II University Hospital Centre (CHU) in Fès, and an investigation has been opened to determine the exact causes of the accident.
