Fes hosts the 11th call centre exhibition

The Fes Shore Park will host on 16 and 17 May, the 11th edition of the International Exhibition of Contact and Call Centres in Morocco (SICCAM). This event, which plans a stop in Meknes, will be dedicated this year to the question: "Customer relations: Building new North-South partnerships". It is also a question of highlighting the potential of Fes and Meknes in the field of offshoring to create a true hub for customer relations. An unmissable meeting for offshoring professionals, the SICCAM exhibition will bring together all the actors in the sector, namely, call centres, IT companies, recruitment and training firms, institutions and companies (all sectors) and future tele-advisors. It should constitute a space to exhibit new offers and approaches for the development of call centres, present new opportunities for the creation of offshore and nearshore contact centres and highlight the development prospects of customer relations internally (inshoring). A focus will also be placed during the exhibition on the issue of human resources in the call centre sector.
