A three-storey building, located in the Ain Noqbi district in Fez, collapsed on Sunday without causing any casualties, we learn from local authorities of the Fez prefecture.
According to initial elements, the collapse did not cause any casualties among the inhabitants of the building who managed to evacuate the premises before the total collapse of the building, specify the same sources.
As soon as he was informed, the Wali of the Fez-Meknes region went to the scene accompanied by local authorities, security forces and members of the Civil Protection to provide all the necessary aid to the 10 affected families who were housed.
To this end, a security perimeter was set up around the collapsed building and the neighbouring houses were evacuated while awaiting the completion of an architectural expertise.
