The Moghreb Athletic Fès will have to look for a new boss. Rachid Ouali Alami, tipped to replace Marouane Bennani at the head of the club, has thrown in the towel. In a statement, Ouali Alami explained his decision by the lack of support from the authorities of the city of Fès. "Due to the catastrophic start to the season for the club due to several bad management decisions and following the call launched by the supporters to save the MAS, I had decided to return to business with immense prerogatives. I worked with the board to save the team, which is crumbling under debt. We succeeded in our mission. Today, I have decided to withdraw due to the vagueness surrounding the policy of public donors and the lack of visibility of public authorities regarding the future of the team," reads a statement sent to the national press. The departure of Rachid Ouali Alami further complicates the task of the MAS, whose general assembly date has not yet been set. This is to say that the club is going through one of the worst moments since its creation.
