
The festival is organised every year in Fes for a duration of three days, under the high patronage of HM King Mohammed VI, by the "Esprit de Fès" Foundation and the Regional Tourism Council. This event takes place in a context where contemporary food practices have undergone profound changes over the last five years, occurring through hybrid creations initiated by chefs, cooks, winemakers, farmers, artisans, producers, researchers, designers, architects and even chemists in an experimental dynamic.
The festival is hosted in the wonderful palaces and Riads of the city of Fes.
